Our vision for youth ministry is to glorify God by making disciples in and through generations of students.

We see this taking place through families who are disciple-making centers in their communities, students who develop lifestyles of following Christ and leading others, and leaders who build life-changing relationships centered on Christ.

Washington Baptist Church Youth Ministry Weekly Schedule

6th – 12th Grade

At the church:

  • Sunday Morning – “THRIVE” @ 9:45 AM Youth Bible Study (Sunday School). Thrive @ 9:45am meets weekly on Sunday mornings at 9:45am. We separate our classes according to gender and grade. All of our classes are located upstairs in the FLC. These classes are a great opportunity for students to get to know other students and build relationships while growing in God’s Word.
  • Sunday Night – “Follow Me” – Middle School Discipleship meets on campus from 6pm-7pm upstairs in the FLC.
  • “Road Trip” is our Sunday Night High School Home Group Discipleship. Our High School Home Groups meet at different homes each week at 6pm and is led by an awesome leadership team of parents and leaders. A weekly Schedule can be found in our weekly church bulletin or weekly WBC Youth email. To be added to the email list email Rusty @ [email protected] and let him know to add you.
  • Wednesday – Supper @ 5:30pm – 6:25pm in the Social Hall. Cost is $2 per person or $5 per family.  “Rescue” Youth Worship 6:30-8pm. Games, Worship, & Bible Study.

At local schools:

  • FCA @ Woodmont High School Every Thursday Morning @ 8:08 in the School Auditorium.
  • Christian Release Time @ Woodmont Middle Every Tuesday.
  • Christian Release Time @ Ralph Chandler Middle starts October 7th.
Parents if your child goes to WMS or RCMS please sign them up so they can attend Christian Release Time Bible Study.
